Motivation of employees is one of the primary concerns and challenges for the leader. What is the significance of motivation of employees in an organization? Motivating the employees is the key to an organization’s success, as it affects employee’s performance that ultimately polishes or results into achievement of organizational objectives. Only satisfied employees can lead towards the satisfied outcomes and achievement.
